Barbara has dedicated over 30 years to the wellness industry, beginning her journey in the serene spas and destination retreats of Scottsdale, Arizona, Sedona, and California. Her expertise as an aesthetician, combined with a deep passion for holistic health, laid the foundation for her vision of creating transformative wellness experiences.
Drawn to Georgia’s breathtaking natural beauty, Barbara dreamed of opening a sanctuary where others could rejuvenate their mind, body, and spirit. When the opportunity arose to bring Sweatheory, a renowned wellness brand from Los Angeles to life in Georgia, she embraced it wholeheartedly.
Barbara purchased her property and began building her dream: a yoga studio and wellness center offering the finest in yoga, saunas, and curated wellness services. Her vision is not just about creating a space but cultivating a community where everyone is welcome to unwind, heal, and rediscover balance.
