I took Lia’s class using ClassPass and joined as a regular that same night. The classes have a nice variety and the instrictors are wonderful. Terri, Love and Lia provide great pacing and vibes. All the classes take place in this adorable converted ranch with infrared light, cedar walls and cork floors and a wall of glass windows overlooking the backyard so the ambience is unmatched. 10/10 recommend

Sweatheory is such a magical place. It is so much more than a yoga studio but is a really a community! The yoga classes are amazing and the saunas are a great self-care break from my busy schedule. They really are your 1-stop shop for self-care. I have even had a facial there and they are the best! I would high recommend checking out Sweatheory. I promise you won’t regret it!

Barbara has created an inviting and nourishing space for practice. The Sweat Theory yoga instructors I’ve practiced with are all mindful and intentional in their offerings. I’m partial to Carolyn’s Universal practice Saturday at 11:45am. High energy, encouraging, with modifications for all skill levels. Come for the sweat and leave with a sense of peace and empowerment.
